Midget White Turkeys
It took years and a number of hatchings of various heritage breeds to find the exact birds I was imagining. These turkeys are a reasonable size to use as a regular meal for your family. They produce a lovely egg with a nice size yolk that have a mild flavor and are delicious. I have been so very pleasantly surprised by their temperaments. They are very curious and sweet.
